Experience MATTERS (Minimum requirements)

· 15+ years in the Real Estate business
Collectively gaining key insights

· At least (50) 55+ condo transactions
Actual hands-on work is key

· Be at least 55 years of age
To better understand the challenges of getting old

·  Have owned a condo
To better understand associations and management companies

· Knowledge of 55+ communities
To match a buyer’s lifestyle and market community amenities

Marketing FOR RESULTS (Minimum requirements)

· 15+ years Advertising/Marketing experience
Helping to get you top dollar for your home

· Provides a higher level of marketing for listings:
Professional Photos, Drone Photos, Floor Plans, 360 Tour, Targeted Digital Marketing, Mailed Postcards, Staging consultation and more.

· Knowing where buyers come from
With 55+ sales experience, knowing where most buyers come from and market to those areas.
